What Automatic adds — and what it doesn't replace
On an Automatic machine the piece count and the running/idle state come from the machine itself: a small auto-count box wired to the cycle signal (a one-time cost per machine, installed by us), or — where the control supports it — a direct, read-only connection to a Fanuc, Haas or Mitsubishi controller that also brings alarms with codes and true cycle times. Nobody taps for counts.
What it does not replace is the tablet. Rejects, the reason for a stop, which job card is running and who ran it have no machine-readable source, so the tablet stays on every machine on both plans. Automatic removes the counting work; see how each data source works.

How much does OpeEye cost?

What is the difference between the Manual and Automatic plans?

Same software, same ₹399 per machine per month. Manual: operators log pieces, rejects, stops and tool changes on a tablet at the machine. Automatic: the machine counts pieces and running time by itself through an auto-count box or a direct controller connection where the control supports it; the tablet stays for rejects, reasons and jobs. The only extra on Automatic is the one-time auto-count box per machine, installed by us, quoted in the demo.
Can I mix the two plans on one floor?

Yes — that is the normal way to run it. Most shops put every machine on Manual first, then move the busiest machines to Automatic one at a time. Eight Manual and four Automatic machines is one floor, one dashboard, one monthly bill.
Is there a per-user charge?

No. Owners, supervisors, operators, the wall TV — add as many as you need. You pay per machine, because the machine is what is being monitored.
What hardware do I need to buy?

Android tablets — one per machine, any basic model from a local shop. Nothing to buy from OpeEye for Manual. For Automatic there is a one-time auto-count box per machine, installed by us and quoted in the demo; the controller gateway is one device shared by the floor.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?

No setup fee and no long contract. It is month to month; stop any month. On-site setup and floor training in Rajkot and across Gujarat are included.
Is there a free trial?

Yes — 15 days, on two or three of your machines, with setup help included. You see your own floor's numbers before you pay anything.
What does it cost for a 10-machine shop?

₹3,990 per month — less than one operator's salary — and nothing else: no users, no setup, no hardware from us on Manual. Put any machine on Automatic later and the monthly price stays the same; only the one-time box is added for that machine.
Is there a discount for more machines?

Above 15 machines we quote volume pricing for the floor — ask us on the call. Up to 15 machines the price is simply ₹399 per machine per month.
