OpeEye is a cloud software product from Rajkot, Gujarat, India that shows factory owners their whole shop floor live — every machine's status, pieces against target, downtime with reasons, OEE, tool life and job cost — with automatic shift and daily production reports. Data comes from operator tablets at each machine (any machine, no wiring), optionally from an auto-count sensor box, and — rolling out — from a read-only connection to Fanuc, Haas and Mitsubishi controllers. It is sold as a flat monthly subscription per machine.

Why OpeEye exists

Rajkot is one of India's densest machine-shop clusters — thousands of CNC, VMC and job-work units in Shapar-Veraval, Metoda, Aji, Kothariya and Ravki. Most of them run on a register, a WhatsApp group and the owner walking the floor. The numbers exist; they arrive late, rounded, and without the reasons.

The monitoring products built for large plants assume modern controls, an IT department and a hardware budget before the first number appears. A 12-machine shop has none of those and should not need them. OpeEye was built so that a tablet at each machine gets the whole floor live in one afternoon — and so that sensors or a direct controller connection can be added later, machine by machine, when they pay for themselves.

How we work

On the floor, not in a deck

Demos happen on your machines, with your parts and your operators. Setup and floor training are done in Gujarati or Hindi, on-site across Gujarat.

Honest numbers

OpeEye never estimates. If a stop wasn't logged, the report shows the gap instead of hiding it. Flattering numbers are useless numbers.

Nothing to buy from us

Tablets come from your local shop. Hardware add-ons are optional and quoted only when you want them. Software is per machine, month to month.

What OpeEye is not

  • Not a camera or CCTV system. “Live” means live data — status, counts, reasons, cost — not video.
  • Not an accounting or invoicing ERP. It sits alongside Tally or your ERP and supplies the production numbers those systems never see.
  • Not a hardware-first IoT platform. Sensors and controller links are optional add-ons, never the entry ticket.

Home base is Rajkot. We do on-site demos and same-day setup across Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Gujarat — and remote setup for factories anywhere in India, in the same afternoon.
