Short answer

OpeEye is cloud software for CNC machine shops and manufacturing plants that shows every machine’s status, output against target, downtime with reasons, rejects and OEE live, and writes the hourly, shift and daily production reports automatically. Outside India it costs $5 per machine per month with unlimited users, is set up remotely, and is built and supported by a team in Rajkot, India.

What do you get on day one?

A live floor board

Every machine running, in setup, stopped or broken down — on a phone, a laptop and a TV on the shop wall.

Stops with reasons

Every stop longer than a few minutes asks the operator why, on the tablet. Hours lost ranked by machine and reason.

OEE that is real

Availability, performance and quality per machine and per job, from what actually happened — not end-of-shift estimates.

Reports that write themselves

Hourly sheet, shift report and daily production report, as PDF and Excel, at the end of every shift.

Breakdown alerts

The owner or maintenance lead knows within seconds, with the machine and the alarm attached.

Job cost and tool life

Cost per piece while the job runs, tool and insert life per pocket, rejects by category.

How does remote setup work?

  1. 01

    A 20-minute demo on a call

We show the live product on a running demo floor and look at how your shop works today.
  2. 02

    Your floor in the system

On a video call we add your machines, parts, shifts and operators with you. About an hour for a typical shop.
  3. 03

    Tablets at the machines

Any Android tablet, bought locally. Operators sign in with a PIN; we train them on screen.
  4. 04

    Controllers, where you want them

A gateway program on a Windows PC on your network reads Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens and Haas controls, read-only. We install and test it with you remotely.

Need something a standard product doesn't do?

Many factories outside India come to us with a process no off-the-shelf tool fits: their own inspection plan, a job card that follows the part through ten operations, a board for the customer’s audit, a link into their ERP. We build that on top of OpeEye’s working platform — so you pay for what is different about your factory, not for rebuilding machine monitoring from scratch.

  • MES screens and work-order tracking across operations
  • Quality checks and inspection reports with photos
  • Job cards, routing and traceability by batch or serial
  • Dashboards and TV boards in your own format
  • Links to your ERP or accounting system
  • Fixed quote after one call, before any work starts

Why a team in India?

OpeEye is built in Rajkot, one of India’s densest machine-shop clusters, on floors where the product is used every shift. That is why it can be priced at $5 a machine, why operators pick it up in an hour, and why custom work starts from a running product instead of a blank page. Calls are in English, arranged for your time zone.

Questions buyers outside India ask

Is OpeEye available outside India?

+

Yes. OpeEye is cloud software, so any factory with an internet connection can use it — in the USA, UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa or South-East Asia. Setup and training are done remotely over a video call, and support is by email, WhatsApp and video call, in English.

How much does OpeEye cost outside India?

+

$5 per machine per month, billed in US dollars — every feature and unlimited users included. 10 machines cost $50 a month and 50 machines $250. There is no setup fee and no long contract, and the first 15 days are free.

How is OpeEye set up remotely?

+

On a video call. We add your machines, parts and operators with you, you mount an Android tablet at each machine, and we train your supervisor and operators on screen. For controller connections, a small gateway program runs on a Windows PC on your shop network and reads the controls; we install and test it with you remotely.

Which CNC controllers can OpeEye read directly?

+

Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens and Haas controls, read-only, through the gateway on your network: part counts, running and idle state, alarms with codes and cycle times. Machines without a supported control — older machines, manual machines, presses — run on the operator tablet, or on a small box that counts the machine's cycle signal.

Does OpeEye work if our internet drops?

+

Yes. The operator tablets keep logging without a connection and sync when it returns, with the original times, so the reports stay correct. The live board on phones and laptops needs a connection to update.

Is OpeEye only for CNC job shops?

+

No. It is built on CNC and VMC floors, and it works anywhere output can be counted per machine or line: turning and milling, sheet metal, presses, injection moulding, assembly and packing lines — from five machines to multi-plant factories with hundreds.

Can you build custom software for our factory?

+

Yes. We build software to your requirements on top of OpeEye's working shop-floor platform: MES screens, job cards and work orders, quality checks with photos, dashboards and links to your ERP. You get a fixed quote after one call, before any work starts, wherever your factory is.

Who can see our production data?

+

Only your team. Each company's data is kept separate in its own account, never visible to other factories on OpeEye, and you can export it any time. It stays your data.
